What it does

For managers

A live board of every client's medicines today: given, late or missed. Alerts when a dose isn't recorded. Stock levels for every client, and a monthly medicine record (MAR chart) for each client as a PDF.

For carers

A simple phone app showing only their own clients and visits. Tap given, refused or not given. Every entry is stamped with who, when and any notes, and can be corrected but never quietly deleted.

For families

With the client's agreement, families can see that medicines are being given, without phoning the office.

Built on Legends Health

Legends Health is a UK medicines and health records app. It uses the official NHS list of UK medicines, so names and strengths are right, and it's already used for reminders, stock and family sharing.
